Out in the garden the grass is dust, the cats come in covered in seeds and dead grass from their shady spots in the garden. They are being so lazy, and who could blame them when they have that much fluff, once they have found their cool spot they do not move until the temperature drops. My love for sound baths began by accident. Back in 2018, I went to my very first World Yoga Festival, back when it was in Pangbourne not Henley! At this time of year I often hear the lament that the blossom or the magnolias are so beautiful, but so short lived. And honestly, I think that is why the blossom and magnolias are so wonderful, it is a brief window of time where those trees shine so brightly, look so stunning, that it simply would not be sustainable to do that all year.
