Chair Yoga Videos
Here are some gentle accessible chair yoga sequences for you to practice to release any tension from the body, especially the back, shoulders, hips and neck. Ideal for those who have a chair yoga practice, but it is also helpful for anyone who has been sat for long periods - for example travelling or for work to help reduce stiffness and maintain flexibility and strength in the body. Repeat this sequence of movements as many times as you like.
