Join us for our online Bedtime Yoga Nidra guided meditation, a perfect way to release tension at the end of a busy day, calm the nervous system and help you settle in for a cosy, restful bedtime -all from the comfort of your own home. Get cosy in bed in your softest pyjamas, and let yourself be gently guided into deep rest. We will begin with a warm welcome and a calming, grounding start before you settle in for your Yoga Nidra for sleep. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation which offers a soothing journey through body, breath and mind to bring deep rest, ideal for bedtime! At the end I will simply say goodnight and disconnect, which will close the meditation for everyone - so you do not need to worry about staying awake to switch things off or disconnect. A simple, comforting way to end your day, and part of a new monthly ritual from Emma's Yoga Hut to support your inner peace. You will also receive a recording for you to use over and over again in the month ahead.
