Service Description

This September Night Out is to raise money for Cancer Research on Emma's Yoga Huts 5th Birthday! Join us in a cosy, candlelit space for yoga designed to gently and slowly nurture and nourish your muscles, joints and fascia. Move from this yoga practice into a yoga nidra with chimes and singing bowls to lead you into deep rest for the body, mind and soul. Every penny will go to Cancer Research. If you cannot come along but would still like to donate please do let me know!
