Welcome to the peaceful haven of Emma's Yoga Hut! Settle in for the deeply restful practice of restorative yoga; holding slow, long yoga poses with bolsters and blocks for support to help reset the nervous system to a state of profound calm. Following this will be a beautiful yoga nidra with sound designed to take you further into meaningful rest. Absolutely everything you need is provided including a double yoga mat to rest upon, blankets, bolsters and cushions. Spaces limited to just 3 people.
